The second floor is where CORE’s interior sanctuary meets the greater natural environment. From getting work done to taking a leisurely walk around the garden, CORE 2 is the perfect backdrop for another great day at CORE.

An expansive terrace just above the bustle of the street features a playground, an open astroturf lawn, and a landscaped area for more private contemplation.
Working space
The coworking space has 3 areas with different levels of privacy, for any type of focusing or collaborating needs. Enjoy a light read, take a quick meeting, or immerse yourself in a burst of productivity.
Gym
The gym at CORE has great views and ample equipment to help you work out in a great mood and help you maintain an active lifestyle.
Yoga
The specially designed yoga studio is where you can escape the hectic day in the city and release tension and stress to keep body and mind healthy.
Playroom
The playroom is where our young residents can thrive. This light-filled, whimsical space is designed with safety as well as fun in mind.

The top floor is CORE at its finest. A breathtaking view provides a backdrop to multiple spaces designed for laid-back, sophisticated gatherings.
Lounge
Gather with family and friends in the lounge to eat delicious food, watch a film or enjoy the night view. The lounge is beautifully decorated with tranquil seating areas with timber decking and a cantilevered roof.
Library
The rooftop library is a book lover’s dream. Stocked with thoughtfully selected books and current newspapers and magazines, this is where you can immerse yourself in a good read.
